Did Outlook take away Account Settings for your Pop?

Why why why do they do these things!!!

1. Close Outlook
2. Goto Control Panel –> Mail –>Email Accounts

There it is!!!

Click on change and proceed as usual!

Quit taking our familiar setting away!
